Employing our Service for commercial efforts or revenue-generating goals is entirely disallowed. This Service is solely developed for amusement and casual involvement. Your prysmpit.com profile must be utilized purely for entertainment. Examining, adjusting, or decoding any Service components is strictly outlawed. The deployment of bot systems, such as AI-based software, is entirely disallowed. Every Fantasy Cricket competition has to be manually initiated through the provided instruments on our Service.

Security of Login Credentials

Participation Conditions

• Only individuals formally enrolled on prysmpit.com and duly logged into a Competition per the stated criteria are permitted to play or receive prizes.

Breach Actions & Procedures

If any contravention of our Engagement Conditions surfaces during reviews, or if your behavior jeopardizes prysmpit, its users, or the platform’s trustworthiness, the following actions may be applied as required:

1. Remove offenders or troublemakers from ongoing Competitions;
2. Irrevocably deny your access to the Service;
3. Withdraw remaining wallet balance;
4. Launch rightful procedures via courts or legal means, or pursue financial redress;
5. For major violations, apply permanent bans from all forthcoming entries and restrict future profile formation.

Any verdict rendered by prysmpit’s in-house regulatory committee concerning wrongdoing is definitive and cannot be challenged. These penalties exist independently of all applicable legal rights or procedures.

Legal Jurisdiction, Conflict Handling & Rule Adherence

These Provisions fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law. Any disagreement will be handled according to the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Ownership of Service Material

Every component on our Platform—scripts, images, emblems, visuals, and structure (collectively referred to as “Ownership of Service Material”)—is safeguarded under copyright and IP laws. Furthermore, anything submitted by users, like posts, notes, attachments, or chats, may be stored and considered part of Ownership of Service Material. prysmpit retains the authority to use such input as necessary.

Varieties of Events

• prysmpit provides two major categories of Events: (1) Open Competitions accessible to the whole user base, and (2) Limited Access Matches meant only for invited participants. Equal protocols govern both models.
• Open Competitions
  • In Open Competitions, prysmpit might organize sessions involving diverse team numbers—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or otherwise clearly stated.
  • Some sessions entail a participation fee, and final results decide the winners after closure.
  • Each Competition defines a minimum number of participants required to begin. If this count is achieved, the game initiates. If not, it’s annulled and fully reimbursed.
  • Certain sessions called “Locked Games” activate as soon as the winning condition is fulfilled, even if vacant spots remain. Sign-ups continue until match launch or full enrollment. If undersubscribed, payments are entirely returned.

Tailored Games

• In Tailored Games, users can develop sessions, circulate invitations, and specify team counts of 2, 3, 5, or 10. The initiator funds the session, names it, and receives a custom League ID. Only the title is editable afterward. The initiator must share a Facebook or email ID so prysmpit can dispatch invites.
• To join a Tailored Game, the invited user must input the Match ID and pay the fee. When slots are occupied, further participants are denied access. If not filled an hour before kickoff, a Public listing can be requested. prysmpit makes no promises this will function or draw others. If still incomplete, a full repayment is processed.
• Only directly invited users can engage. prysmpit disclaims responsibility for tech malfunctions or rule violations that block access.

Responsibility & Recompense

By accessing our Features or engaging in Events, you commit to defend, repay, and absolve us from any obligations or losses (including legal expenses and penalties) caused by:

1. Copyright disputes linked to your inputs;
2. Inappropriate, misleading, or illicit conduct by third parties, including scams or improper entries;
3. Breach, misuse, or exploitation of your credentials;
4. Game issues, slowdowns, interruptions, file faults, protection gaps, or tech defects;
5. Unauthorized usage of your account, even with prior approval.

Territorial Jurisdiction & Court Power

These Terms and our Privacy Commitments follow Indian law. Legal matters must be exclusively pursued in New Delhi courts.

Refund & Withdrawal Guidelines

Prize Collection Guidelines
